Bio Information:

Madeleine’s path in swimming began when she followed her older sisters into the sport.

She swam with the Leisure Park Lasers, her local club, until moving in to the National Paralympic Squad at the Australian Institute of Sport in 2015.

Scott broke the S9 50m Butterfly record at the 2010 Australian Swimming Championships which lead to her winning the Wheelchair Sports Western Australia Junior Athlete of the Year award.

Madeleine debuted for Australia at the 2011 Para Pan Pacs in Edmonton, Canada and has since also competed at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

She is currently studying to be a dental nurse.
