Bio Information:
Madison was diagnosed with transverse myelitis when she was four years old. Transverse myelitis is a neurological disease which causes the inflammation of the spinal chord.
She began wheelchair sports when she was 12 years old and two years later, earned selection for her fist Paralympic team ahead of Beijing in 2008.
In Beijing, Madison made it all the way to the 100m final and then won silver as part of the Australian 4x100m relay team.
De Rozario recognises racing alongside training partner Angie Ballard when she broke the 400m world record as one of her favourite sporting memories.
