Nikita Hains earns two medals at FINA Diving Grand Prix in Madrid

WAIS graduate Nikita Hains won silver and bronze medals at the FINA Diving Grand Prix in Madrid, February 14-16.

Off the back of selection for the 2020

Hains combined with Laura Hingston in the 10m platform synchro to earn silver on 263.16 points, less than 20 shy of the gold medal winning American pair of Amelia MagaƱa and Jessica Parratto.

A day later in the individual platform it was bronze for Hains with a score of 289.50.


Hains graduated from the WAIS diving program to the Adelaide Performance Pillar at the South Australian Sports Institute in early 2019.
