On target for his fourth Paralympic Games, WAIS Powerlifter Darren Gardiner, says London 2012 will be his last. Nicknamed ‘Bear’, due to the roar he makes in pre-competition warm up, he’s a great example of a power athlete who keeps it simple and gets results.

Already a Paralympic silver medallist, Bear certainly deserves to end his career with a much deserved Paralympic gold.
