Your simple guide to Overnight Oats:

  • In a bowl or jar with a secure lid for easy transport, add 1/3 cup rolled or quick oats + 1/4 cup natural or Greek yoghurt + 1/2 cup water + 1 teaspoon chia seeds + a sprinkle of shredded coconut (optional) + 1/2 grated apple.
  • Mix the lot and store in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning you can add a spoonful of your favourite yoghurt and a handful of berries and you are ready to go!
