WAIS scholarship holders Lisa de Vanna and Collette McCallum have recently impressed for their respective US football clubs.
Matilda forward de Vanna has been a regular for her club side Washington Freedom in the women’s Professional League Championship.
Lisa de Vanna has netted three times for the capital city club, which has moved into second place behind the high flying Los Angeles Sol.
Fellow WA national team representative Collette McCallum has been in impressive form for her club side Sky Blue FC, which moved into fifth place recently with a win over the Chicago Red Stars.

The WAIS women side coached by WAIS football coach John Gibson suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat away to Quinns Football Club. WAIS remain in seventh place in the competition.
Their next match is also away to Forrestfield United on Sunday 28 June.
