What a weekend it has been so far. Our strength in rowing was on full display on Saturday, with Annabelle McIntyre putting in two impressive performances including helping the women’s four to the fastest time ever at an Olympic Games. Men’s hockey and women’s water polo began their medal hunt with wins. The Barty party continues with Wimbledon Champion Ash Barty joining forces with WA’s Storm Sanders to win the first round of the doubles.

Sunday will see WA athletes in action across eight sports including Matt Wearn in the first two races in the Laser, Karri Somerville and Georgia Wilson start the Hockeyroos campaign.
