Western Australian athletes continue to make history in Tokyo with Lauren Reynolds becoming the first Australian to compete in three Olympics Games in BMX and the Hockeyroos winning their first four matches for the first time.

Matt Wearn is now leading the Laser regatta, following an outstanding day where he won both his races and Brianna Throssell and Tamsin Cook are Olympic bronze medallists after Australia finished third in the women’s 4x200m freestyle relay.

There is plenty coming your way on Friday with WA athletes competing in rowing, BMX, hockey, sailing, water polo and basketball.
