The Tokyo Paralympic Games are officially open, with an exciting opening ceremony last night giving us a taste of what is to come.
The first day of competition will see Ben Popham in action in the 100m freestyle, while in team sports the mixed wheelchair rugby and the women’s wheelchair basketball get underway.
