WAIS shooter Laura Coles brings home the gold at the 2015 ISSF National Championships held at Lake Macquarie Clay Target Club, NSW.
In less than perfect weather conditions, the Commonwealth Games gold medalist beat Victorian shooter Aislin Jones by one target, to be crowned national women’s skeet shooting champion.
“I am really excited to win the ISSF womens skeet national championship,” said Coles.
After starting the year off on a positive note, Coles looks to her next competition, which will take place in Early February.
“My next competition is the international grand pre in Cyprus.” Explained Coles.
“I hope I can continue on with this winning form for the rest of the year.”
