WAIS Alpine skier Greta Small places second in the Far East Cup races in Jisan Forest Korea.

After two fierce days of competition, Small found her self in second place on the podium behind Japanese Skier Moe Hanaoka.

“Leading after an awesome first run, costly mistake second run but managed to stay on the podium” quoted Small online.

On day two of the Cup, Small made a Personal Best time of 48.83 on her first run put her in the lead, but a slight mistake on the second run placed her in second place.

Not only did Small receive a PB, but her results in this prestige Cup event gained her Federation of International Skiing points towards her world standing.

Next stop for the young skier will be Bearstown Resort in Korea.
