Following online commentary The Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS) wishes to clarify that no decision has been made to close the WAIS cycling program or on the future direction of the program. Discussions with the National Sporting Organisation, AusCycling are ongoing regarding potential opportunities for the sport.
