Western Australian Institute of Sport cyclist Cameron Meyer (WAIS-AIS) was tonight awarded the Sir Hubert 'Oppy' Opperman medal when he was named the Jayco 2010 Australian Cyclist of the Year at a gala ceremony at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins.
